Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in competition/anti-trust and compliance.  Her legal services include merger filings, antitrust investigations, and corporate compliance.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Li interned at Xiamen Intermediate People's Court and several law firms, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP.

Educational background

Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.  In 2024, she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Law from Renmin University of China.
