Work experience

Ms. Mao specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence and drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents.  Ms. Mao has broad experience in industries including healthcare, consumer goods, and TMT.

Educational background

Ms. Mao received an LL.B. degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2021.  In 2023, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Universität Hamburg.  She also received an LL.M. degree from Chinese University of Political Science and Law in 2024.
