Professionals Wenbo Bao

Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Bao worked as a summer associate at King & Wood Mallesons and Commerce & Finance Law Offices.  Mr. Bao specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  His legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting in drafting legal opinions with respect to PRC laws, assisting in negotiations and closing matters, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Mr. Bao received a Bachelor of Law degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
