Professionals Yichu Zhang

Work experience

Mr. Zhang joined Han Kun Law Offices in June 2024.  Prior to that, Mr. Zhang worked at Global Law Office and Shearman & Sterling LLP Shanghai Representative Office.
Mr. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Tsinghua University in 2021.  He also received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2023.
