Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wang has worked in a well-known law firm for over three years, where he mainly engaged in capital markets, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, etc. and gained extensive experience in capital market and private equity projects.  Mr. Wang mainly engages in commercial dispute resolution, including securities misrepresentation disputes, bond default disputes, securities financing contract disputes, and private equity funds disputes.

Educational background

Mr. Wang received his undergraduate degree from Jilin University School of Law in 2018, his master's degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2021, and his LL.M. degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020.
