Work experience

Ms. Xu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2022.  Ms. Xu specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has provided legal services to companies in the biopharmaceutical, automotive, energy and beauty care industries.  Ms. Xu's legal services mainly include legal due diligence, transaction document drafting and review, corporate compliance advice, and legal and policy research.
