Ms. Leyi Wang joined Han Kun in 2022.  Ms. Wang's practice areas mainly cover healthcare and life sciences, corporate compliance, and general corporate matters.  Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang interned with Global Law Office and JunHe LLP.

Ms. Wang received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021 and LL.M. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024.
