Work experience

Ms. Ran specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds and AMAC filings for private investment fund management companies and private investment funds.  Her legal services include drafting and reviewing fund transaction documents, conducting due diligence, legal research, general corporate compliance, and other matters.

Educational background

Ms. Ran graduated with an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree from Nanjing University in 2021 and later obtained a Master of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024.  During her undergraduate period, she also studied at Oxford University as an exchange student.
