Work experience

Mr. Xu began his legal career in 2022.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Xu practiced at Haiwen & Partners.
Mr. Xu focuses his practice on commercial dispute resolution.  In particular, Mr. Xu handles disputes arising out of equity investments and financings, red-chip structure investments, control contests, M&A transactions, cross-border investment and trade, and real estate and construction projects.

Educational background

Mr. Xu received an LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2020 and received an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University in 2022.
