Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Hua interned with Allen & Overy and Clifford Chance.  Ms. Hua specialises in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, overseas listings and reorganisations, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence, legal research, and drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Educational background

Ms. Hua received her BBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen in 2020.  She then obtained her J.D. degree from The University of Sydney in 2024.
