Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Li practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. Li's practice mainly focuses on employment law matters and dispute resolution. She has assisted partners and lawyers in providing legal services for a number of well-known foreign and domestic companies and dealing with various litigation and non-litigation matters, including but not limited to: handling labor arbitration and litigation; drafting and reviewing employment documents such as employee handbooks, employment contracts, service agreements and mutual termination agreements; advising on the establishment, change and termination of employment relationships; and assisting in employee settlements in corporate restructuring.
