Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Hou worked at DeHeng Law Offices (Shenzhen) and T&C Law Offices (Shenzhen). Ms. Hou specializes in domestic and international civil and commercial dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of investment and financing, equity, securities, financial loans and guarantees. She has a solid theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience, with litigation and arbitration experience spanning from grassroots courts to the Supreme Court and various domestic arbitration institutions. She has also represented clients in retrial cases before the Supreme People's Court and high courts.
