Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Du practiced law with Tiantong Law Firm.
Specializing in commercial crisis resolution, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy reorganization, Mr. Du has extensive knowledge and expertise in the legal profession with over nine years of experience.  As a member of the administrator and legal counsel to the investors, debtors, and creditors for many restructuring cases, Mr. Du has served many large companies, including Geo-Jade Petroleum Co., Ltd. (Stock Code:600759.SH), Jilin Liyuan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
