Work experience

Ms. Wang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since October 2022.  She previously interned in the Shanghai office of King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. Wang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  She has provided legal services to companies in the biopharmaceutical, energy, special equipment and beauty care industries.  Ms. Wang legal services mainly include legal due diligence, transaction document drafting and review, corporate compliance advice, and legal and policy research.

Educational background

Ms. Wang received her LL.B. degree in 2020 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2023, she obtained an LL.M. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
