Work experience

Ms. Shi has been working with Han Kun Law Offices since 2022.  Before joining Han Kun, she interned with Global Law Office.
Ms. Shi specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters.  Her work includes drafting due diligence reports, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal and policy research.

Educational background

Ms. Shi received a LL.B. degree from China Foreign Affairs University, Faculty of International Law in 2021.  In 2022, she obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law.
