Work experience

Mr. Hu's practice focuses on domestic listings, private equity and venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Hu is responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, researching legal issues, and conducting due diligence.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Hu interned with Fangda Partners and Arnold & Porter.

Educational background

Mr. Hu received an LL.B. degree in 2021 and an LL.M. degree in 2023, both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
