Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include carrying out legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, providing legal documents, and conducting legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2022 and an LL.M. degree from New York University in 2023.
