Work experience

Mr. Yang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since May 2023, where he specializes in outbound investment, foreign direct investment, and M&A.  He has provided services to many Chinese state-owned enterprises in the areas of natural resources and energy and infrastructure. Mr. Yang previously interned with Zhong Lun Law Firm, Herbert Smith Freehills, Mayer Brown, and Freshfields.

Educational background

Mr. Yang received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from Renmin University of China in 2020, followed by a Master of Laws degree from Boston College in 2022 and a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China in 2023, respectively.
