Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Meng interned with King & Wood Mallesons and Allen & Overy.  Mr. Meng specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Meng has participated in a variety of transactions in diverse industries, including TMT, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.

Educational background

Mr. Meng received an LL.B. degree in 2022 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.  In 2023, he obtained an LL.M. degree from Cornell University.
