Work experience

Mr. Zhao jointed Han Kun in 2023.  Previously in 2021, Mr. Zhao worked in Han Kun's Beijing office as a summer associate.  Mr. Zhao focuses on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.

Educational background

Mr. Zhao received an LL.B. degree in 2021 and an LL.M. degree in 2023 from the China University of Political Science and Law.  He also obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Wharton Business and Law Certificate from the Wharton School in 2023.
