Junru represents clients across a range of arbitration and litigation matters, both domestically and globally. His responsibilities include conducting factual investigations, performing legal research, assisting in document discovery, drafting written submissions, and preparing for hearings in international commercial arbitrations commenced in a variety of arbitral institutions, including AAA, HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, CIETAC, and BIAC. He has also been involved in advising on domestic, cross-border, and foreign litigation proceedings and provides assistance in regulatory compliance and transactional due diligence investigations. His practice covers various industries such as complex commercial litigation, real estate, banking and finance, data privacy, biotechnology, and corporate governance.
Junru obtained his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Business Law Scholar and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. During his time in law school, he worked as a research assistant on the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and the Alien Tort Claims Act. He also interned at a leading international law firm on its banking and finance team.
