Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ying interned with Merits & Tree Law Offices and Fangda Partners.  Ms. Ying specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Ms. Ying graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law degree, followed by a Master of Law degree from National University of Singapore.
