Work experience

Mr. Zheng specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Zheng received an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree in 2018 from East China University of Political Science and Law, and received an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree in 2022 from East China University of Political Science and Law.
