Work experience

Ms. Jia began her legal practice at Tian Yuan Law Firm in 2021 and joined Han Kun Law Offices in July 2022.
Ms. Jia specializes in domestic IPOs and refinancings, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, legal research, drafting and reviewing IPO documents, and corporate compliance matters.

Educational background

Ms. Jia received an LL.B. degree in 2018 from East China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. degree in 2021 from East China University of Political Science and Law.
