Work experience

Mr. Luo previously interned in the Shanghai offices of Linklaters and Zhong Lun Law Firm.  Mr. Luo interned in the Shanghai office of Han Kun Law Offices beginning in October 2022 and formally joined the firm in July 2023.

Educational background

Mr. Luo received his LL.B. degree in 2020 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2023, he obtained a Juris Master degree from Fudan University.
