Work experience

Ms. Xu practices in commercial dispute resolution and intellectual property, and specializes in domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration cases in the area of cross-border investment and trade, financial asset management, advertising and media, as well as IPR infringement cases in the area of trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition.  Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Xu interned with Clifford Chance, Fangda Partners, and King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received her LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2020 and a Master of Laws degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2023.
