Work experience

Mr. Cai's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, general corporate, and corporate compliance.  Mr. Cai is responsible for drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, legal research, and due diligence.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Cai interned with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Educational background

Mr. Cai received an LL.B. degree in 2021 and an LL.M. degree in 2023, both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
