Work experience

Ms. Yang began practicing as a lawyer in 2022. Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Yang interned with King & Wood Mallesons and Jingtian Gongcheng Law Firm.  She is mainly engaged in venture capital, private equity financing, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her responsibilities include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Yang graduated from Nanjing University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in philosophy.  She graduated from Nanjing University with a master's degree in law in 2022.
