Mr. Lin specializes in dispute resolution related to intellectual property, anti-unfair competition, and anti-monopoly as well as intellectual property transactions and compliance and patent applications and invalidations. He has participated in resolving IP disputes in various technology fields including telecommunications, software, electricity, optics and machinery, successfully safeguarding clients' rights and interests. He has also assisted clients in IP due diligence, IP compliance system construction, and freedom to operate analysis.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Lin interned with a German ERP software company, providing database-related technical support and gaining a deep understanding of software technology. He later interned in the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, where he accumulated extensive experience in IP litigation.
