Professionals Yuyan Pan

Work experience

Mr. Pan specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds and AMAC filings for private investment fund management companies and private investment funds.  His legal services include drafting and reviewing fund transaction documents, conducting due diligence, legal research, and other matters.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Pan interned with King & Wood Mallesons (Shanghai office) and Yuanda Law Offices.

Educational background

Mr. Pan obtained his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2020 and received his LL.M. (International Law) degree in 2023 from University of International Business and Economics.  During his undergraduate period, he also studied at University of Graz in Austria as an exchange student.
