Work experience

Ms. Yao specializes in dispute resolution, including civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Yao worked in dispute resolution at another leading Chinese law firm.

Educational background

Ms. Yao graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2020, and graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with an LL.M. degree in 2022.
