Professionals Jianyang Ding

Work experience

Mr. Ding Jianyang began his internship and work at Han Kun in February 2022.  Mr. Ding specializes in the formation and operation of private equity funds.  His legal services include the registering of private investment fund managers, the filing of private investment funds, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal due diligence, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.  Mr. Ding also has other law firm internship experiences during which he gained experience in capital markets and data compliance.

Educational background

Mr. Ding graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law, and graduated from Peking University with a master's degree in law.
