Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Gan interned in the compliance department (cybersecurity and data compliance) of King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. Gan specializes in data compliance and cybersecurity.  She is responsible for due diligence, PRC law and policy research, drafting and reviewing privacy policies, and providing legal advice for establishing and improving enterprise data compliance systems.

Educational background

Ms. Gan graduated from North China Electric Power University with a Bachelor of Engineering in IoT in 2020 and obtained her LL.M. from Tsinghua University in 2022.
