Work experience

Mr. Yan's practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution.  He has assisted with arbitration and litigation cases relating to asset management, debt claims, and litigation/arbitration involving general corporate matters.

Educational background

Mr. Yan obtained his Master of Law degree from Renmin University of China in 2023.  Prior to that, Mr. Yan graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2021.
