Ms. Liu joined Han Kun in 2023 and focuses her practice on commercial dispute resolution. Ms. Liu has assisted in litigation and arbitration cases involving financial and securities disputes including securities misrepresentation disputes, liability of managers and custodians of financial products, bond default disputes, securities regulatory investigations, and corporate disputes including disputes over corporate control, equity transfer and repurchase disputes, etc.
Ms. Liu graduated from Renmin University of China with a LL.B. degree in 2021 and a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law in 2023.
