Work experience

Ms. Zhao joined Han Kun officially in July 2023, where she specializes in aircraft finance and leasing, banking and finance and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Ms. Zhao provides legal services to several financial institutions and borrowers on syndicated lending and bilateral fixed assets financing.
Ms. Zhao also advises several domestic and foreign aircraft leasing companies and airlines on projects in relation to finance leases, operating leases, and lease novations.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao received an LL.B. degree in 2021 and an LL.M. degree in 2023 both from Renmin University of China.
