Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Zhuo worked in the Risk Asset Disposal Department of the head office of Agricultural Bank of China and in Beijing TianTong Law Firm, where he gained comprehensive experience and professional advantages in enterprises and law firms.  Mr. Zhuo specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring, and he has profound insights and understanding of corporate bankruptcy and debt restructuring, rich experience in non-performing asset transactions of commercial banks, and is familiar with bankruptcy procedures.  He has participated in the bankruptcy restructurings, liquidations, and agreement restructurings of large enterprises and has engaged in various consultant roles, including bankruptcy administrators, investors' legal advisers, creditors' legal advisers, government consultants, and so on.

Mr. Zhuo graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a B.A. degree and a master's degree.
