Ms. Bao has been practicing law since 2013. She previously worked in Duane Morris & Selvam LLP Shanghai Representative Office for approximately 7 years. She joined Han Kun Law Offices in June 2023.
Ms. Bao regularly advises high net worth individuals, multinational corporations and listed companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and labor matters in a wide range of industries, including logistics, technology, education, food and beverage, healthcare, and luxury goods. Ms. Bao often advises Chinese HNWIs and UHNWIs on family wealth planning, wealth transfer, and identity planning matters, including designing and setting up trusts and family offices, assisting with applications for Singapore tax incentives, capital management license exemptions, various Singapore visa applications (including Tech pass, ONE Pass) and investment immigration matters.
