Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Chen was an associate in the Shanghai office of JunHe LLP.
Mr. Chen specializes in banking and finance, financial services and regulatory, investment management, and general corporate matters.  His legal services mainly include representing and advising commercial banks in loan transactions and advising international asset managers, financial institutions, multinationals, and domestic conglomerates on compliance and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Mr. Chen graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree.  He also received an LL.M. degree from U.C.L.A. Law school.
