Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Chen worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai.  Mr. Chen practices primarily in the fields of bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, debt restructuring, and dispute resolution.

Educational background

Mr. Chen graduated from Peking University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in literature.  He later graduated from Renmin University with a Juris Master degree in 2021.
