Work experience

Ms. Lin jointed Han Kun in 2023.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Lin worked for two years with King & Wood Mallesons.  Ms. Lin focuses on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.

Educational background

In 2019, Ms. Lin received an LL.B. degree from Sun Yat-sen University.  In 2021, Ms. Lin received LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.  In 2022, Ms. Lin received a Master of Laws degree in International Law from Wuhan University.
