Dr. Na Wang's practice covers intellectual property-related legal services, mainly in the life science and bio-pharmaceutical fields. She focuses on patent prosecution, application drafting, responding to office actions, patent portfolio management in multiple jurisdictions, freedom-to-operate (FTO) search and analysis, etc. She has advised on patent application strategies and provided legal advice to many leading domestic and international companies. Dr. Wang specializes in the fields of biomacromolecules, antibodies, gene therapy, vaccines, gene sequencing, medical devices, and others. Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Dr. Wang practiced at Liu, Shen & Associates.
Dr. Wang was a licensed foot and ankle physician in the United States before starting her legal career. In 2018, she received a doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine, and then served as a foot and ankle surgery resident at Northwell Health, where she accumulated extensive clinical and surgical experiences. Dr. Wang has also worked in laboratories at Brown University and Harvard University. Her research work has been published in internationally renowned journals.
