Ms. Dong specializes in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Since the start of her career, Ms. Dong has been deeply involved in and has assisted clients in executing numerous complex, multi-jurisdictional cross-border M&A transactions across various industries, including high technology, manufacturing, energy and natural resources, and healthcare. Her experience encompasses a wide range of complex transaction types, including acquisitions of overseas listed companies, privatizations, delisting, and auction acquisitions, as well as large-scale transactions involving individual deal sizes reaching billions of dollars or assets spanning across dozens of jurisdictions. Ms. Dong has also gained extensive experience in FDI, joint ventures, and banking and financing transactions (including M&A loans, refinancing, etc.). Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Dong served as senior managing associate at Sidley Austin. She also had experiences at other prestigious law firms.
