Ms. Li specializes in mergers and acquisitions, outbound investment, venture capital and private equity financings, and foreign direct investment. She has provided legal advice to many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as energy, minerals, real estate and infrastructure, telecommunications, the Internet, and consumer goods.
