Ms. Liang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since May 2023, where she specializes in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, and corporate restructurings, involving industries such as shipping, energy, consumer goods, and new materials.

Educational background

Ms. Liang received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2018 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  She later earned Master of Laws in 2020 from East China University of Political Science and Law.
