Work experience

Mr. Guo mainly focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Guo is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and regulations, and other corporate compliance matters.  His practice areas mainly cover life sciences, automation, aerospace, and entertainment.

Educational background

Mr. Guo received a bachelor's degree in Law and a bachelor's degree in Literature from Wuhan University in 2020, and received a master's degree in Law from Northwestern University in 2022.
