Work experience

Ms. Qian joined Han Kun in 2023, prior to which she practiced law with King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. Qian's main practice areas are corporate, asset management, and investment- and financing-related litigation and arbitration.  Ms. Qian has provided legal services to a number of listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and other enterprises in fields including technology, finance, trusts, banking, and real estate.

Educational background

Ms. Qian received a Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2018 and a Juris Master degree from Fudan University in 2021.
