Ms. Wang began her legal practice with a Red Circle law firm in 2019 before joining Han Kun in 2023. Ms. Wang specializes in domestic and foreign commercial dispute resolution in areas including equity investment, finance, and commercial contracts. She has represented clients in PRC litigation proceedings in multiple provinces and court levels and in arbitration proceedings administered by domestic institutions such as CIETAC, BAC/BIAC, SHIAC, and SHAC. Ms. Wang has also participated in international arbitration cases under the rules of ICC, HKIAC, and SIAC.
