Ms. Tang mainly engages in non-contentious finance matters, especially in connection with legal practice and research in respect of the use of insurance funds. During her practice, Ms. Tang has participated in many infrastructure financing projects and real estate financing projects in fields such as high-speed railway, expressways, highways, urban rail transit, hydropower, gas and thermal municipal facilities, theme parks, Olympic Sports Center, industrial parks, urban complexes, public rental housing, and shantytown renovation. She advises on products involving debt investment schemes, single or aggregate fund trusts, asset-backed schemes, etc. Her clients include large domestic insurance asset management companies, pension insurance companies, and trust companies, and she has accumulated extensive experience in related areas. Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Tang worked for another well-known law firm in China.
