Work experience

Mr. Jiang started practicing law in 2020 and his main areas of practice are capital markets, venture capital, and private equity investment, especially in the field of overseas listings.  Mr. Jiang has participated in numerous influential overseas listing projects across numerous industries and accumulated extensive practical experience.

Educational background

Mr. Jiang received his LL.B. degree from Jiangsu Police Institute in 2016 and his LL.M. degree from the School of International Law of East China University of Political Science and Law in 2020.
